JOHNNY HALMAN
OWNER/MANAGING DIRECTOR
Johnny Halman, Jr, CFM is the former Transit Amenities and Facilities Manager with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) in Jacksonville FL. Johnny was responsible for the maintenance of all JTA facilities which is comprised of 270,000sf+ of building space at 22 separate facilities. He also managed the maintenance/cleaning/sanitization for 2600 transit stops, hubs and Park-N-Rides county-wide. The total asset value was $275M+ and Johnny served as Project Manager on multiple Capital projects as well.
Johnny is now the Owner & Managing Director of Alpha Facilities Management Solutions, LLC. Alpha provides a wide variety of Facility Management and Construction Management services including consulting and training.
Johnny has been an International Facilities Manager Association (IFMA) member for over 10 years and has served as Programs & Education Chairs, President and Vice president for the IFMA Jacksonville FL Chapter. He is currently serving as the Immediate Past President.
Note: In his free time he enjoys golf, hiking in the mountains, studying, and teaching theology, and last but not least…hanging out with his 11 grandkids!

KERRI WALTON
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Originally from Berlin, New Hampshire, Kerri has traveled throughout the United States as a military wife, having visited 43 states and two countries. She lived in six states before settling in Florida, in 2013. She and her husband, Scott, have five children.
Her experience in the Automotive Industry and Government Construction spans more than a decade. From Senior Project Manager, Proposal Manager, Contract Management, Corporate Safety, to Service Advisor and Customer Relations, she provides quality, honest work, in a timely manner.
She thrives in every environment, working in person, as a team, or individually remotely, deliverables are always accurate and efficient. As a freelance employee, this flexibility allows her to focus on what is most important in life:
