JOHNNY HALMAN
OWNER/MANAGING DIRECTOR

During my career I have worked in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, I served as the Transit Amenities and Facilities Manager for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) in Jacksonville, Florida. I was responsible for the maintenance of all JTA facilities and grounds, which was comprised of approximately 270,000 SF of building space at 22 separate facilities. I also managed the maintenance, cleaning, and sanitizing of 2,600 transit stops, hubs, and Park-N-Rides in the greater Jacksonville area. ​

​

I led the team in all Regulatory Compliance matters including Storage Tank (AST & UST) Certifications, Vertical Transportation Certifications, fire suppression, Hazmat, SWPPP, SPCC, Remediation, IAQ Monitoring, Solid Waste & Recycling, as well as maintenance services in each of these areas. I also served as Project Manager for over $15M worth of projects, which included facility upgrades, remodeling, and equipment upgrades and replacements. 

​

I, as you, had to quickly adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic and changing culture while we opened a new $65M Administration and Operations Facility in February 2020. New air purification devices, touchless door openers, hospital grade cleaning/sanitizing services, social distancing helps are just some of the measures that we implemented for our employees and customers while continuing 24/7 service.  But this is what we do as Facility Professionals, isn’t it? We are the quick reaction team, and we deliver! We strategize and plan, but we also adapt, ‘bob & weave,’ and ultimately overcome.

​

In my career I have served as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and/or Subject Matter Expert on more than $90M in projects. Along with my associate partners, we bring more than a century of experience that will assist you in meeting your organization's needs.  With extensive experience and training, as I have served in various roles [Assistant Chief, Director, Manager, Supervisor], I will provide innovative solutions to help you meet your company goals. We provide a wide variety of Facility Management and Maintenance Services for large and small companies requiring solutions. As the Owner and Managing Director of Alpha Facilities Management Solutions LLC, I want to partner with you for your continued success.

Note: In my free time I enjoy golf, hiking in the mountains, studying, and teaching theology, and last but not least…hanging out with the 11 grandkids!

KERRI WALTON
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Originally from Berlin, New Hampshire, I have traveled throughout the United States as a military wife, having visited 43 states and two countries. I have lived in Biloxi, Mississippi, Warner Robins, Georgia, Grand Forks, North Dakota, Abilene, Texas and now Callahan, Florida. This has allowed me to quickly adapt, overcome and excel in each position of employment.

 

From Senior Project Manager, Proposal Manager, Contract Management, to Customer Relations, I will provide quality, honest work, in a timely manner. As a wife and mother, Coordinator for the Amelia Island Women & Next Gen Fisher Community Bible Study, Florida Notary Public, actively involved member in my church (First Baptist Church of Gray Gables), where I volunteer in many capacities, and SO much more, I stay organized, busy, and blessed!
